Our story

Twenty-Four Years Ago, We Made a Decision That Changed Everything.

In 2002, we made a practical decision that turned into something we’re both proud of.

So we built something different. We took Ron’s hands-on skills and Dawn’s business experience and started Rightway Stone and Carpet Care, a business we could build together, on our own terms, that would let us show up for our family while doing work we could stand behind.

From day one, our promise was simple: do the work right, and be honest about what’s possible.

Over the years, that commitment earned us something we value far more than any single job: long-term relationships with homeowners who trust us, come back to us, and send their neighbors our way.

Twenty-four years later, we’re still owner-operated, and we still put our name on every job.

Ron is the one who shows up at your door, and has been for over two decades.

His background in surface care goes back further than Rightway itself. Over 24 years of working in South Bay homes, he has developed hands-on expertise in natural stone, tile, grout, and carpet that comes from experience, not a manual. He knows how marble behaves, how grout absorbs, and how different surfaces respond to different chemistry, and he applies that knowledge to every job.

What clients consistently say about Ron is that they trusted him immediately. He's calm, thorough, and completely straightforward. He walks the space with you before he starts, explains what he sees, and tells you honestly what's achievable. If something won't make a meaningful difference, he'll say so. If something will genuinely transform the space, he'll show you why.
