When you book an estimate or service, we’ll confirm the date and arrival window with you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the time to another customer. Please make sure we have safe access to the areas being serviced.
Results depend on the material, age, condition, and prior treatment of each surface. We’ll explain honestly what we believe is realistic before any work begins. If we don’t deliver the level of improvement we agreed was achievable, we’ll come back and make it right.
